The Rememberables is a four-piece heavy fuzz pop band hailing from Washington, D.C.. Mixing DC punk with 90’s shoegaze, grunge, and power pop, The Rememberables utilize heavy guitars, hammering drums, and pop sensibility in their live show, drawing comparisons to early Smashing Pumpkins, Dinosaur Jr., Lemonheads & Jawbreaker. Solidifying their lineup in 2014 with the addition of Chris Moore (of Coke Bust, Repulsion) on drums, the band has since released a 3-song 7” EP on CCH Records and an LP on Adagio830 (City of Caterpillar, Dark Blue, Diat, Hoax) out of Berlin this past summer.
The Rememberables have toured all over the U.S. and played shows with Screaming Females, Royal Headache, Iron Chic, Petal, Big Eyes, High Waisted, Forgetters and many more. Last October they played "The Fest" in Gainesville, FL alongside Superchunk, Against Me! and Smoking Popes.
The band recently finished recording a new LP with Kurt Ballou of Converge at God City Studios (Chelsea Wolfe, Torche, Converge, Cave In, Floor, Isis, Limp Wrist). With a month long European tour booked for May and another full U.S tour planned for the summer, this year looks pretty busy.
